Costs in the health care business have changed tremendously and therefore we provide a repair service for our customers. In many instances, repairing or restoring instruments can turn out less costly for our customers than replacing them.
Before repairs are started, a complete evaluation is performed on the instruments for technical, functional and optical integrity in order to determine if it is cost effective to repair rather than to replace the instrument. If repairs are completed, our customer essentially receives a new instrument at a lower cost.
Warning
- Before sending instruments for repair, it should be cleaned, and sterilized in the same way as if it goes to the operating theatre.
- Returned instruments after repair, should be treated as the a new instruments and should go to the same process of cleaning and sterilization before use.
